History

Starting out as VJs and DJs Prismax was born in 2005. At first our focus was very wide, providing our DJ and VJ services next to a very big array of services. These services included programming custom software, designing websites and many more IT related specialties.

Prismax: audiovisual performances and beyond...

During the first years Prismax excelled in DJ and VJ performances, VJ ing the biggest DJs in the world (Tiesto, Ferry Corsten, David Guetta...) in clubs all over the Benelux. Between 2005 and 2009 we had a residency at infamous club Versuz in Hasselt, Belgium. Our DJ activities also had a peak with residencies in the biggest clubs in Belgium and guest sets all over the Benelux. We also started out a custom videocontent division. The first job for this division was quite a big one, the Clouseau Sportpaleis concerts in 2008. As this was a success, we decided to put a lot of engergy into this division.

Focus

During 2008 we made the drastic decision to evolve and narrow things down to what we love most! Making content and Vjing became our primary goal, together with visual effects for the movie and commercial industry. Growing exponentially we got the chance to do some very nice jobs (like Daens, de musical, Milk Inc Sportpaleis concerts, I Love Techno, Tomorrowland...) in and outside the Benelux. We provided custom content for dozens of concerts, fashion shows and parties. In the beginning of 2009 we made our first steps in the world of TV and film. We created some commercials and did the graphics for several documentaries. We even did the special effects on Studio 100's latest movie! Alongside, we bought ourselves a state of the art renderfarm. This gives us the advantage of being able to make cutting edge graphics and deliver them in a very short timeframe. This was such a success that we decided to rent out our free 'render power'. The result of this can be seen on www.prismaxfarm.be and www.immopixel.be.

Future

The future sure looks bright! Our content and special fx division sure made a name in the industry, keep an eye on this website to check our progress in the world of media and entertainment!
